At H.I.Z. Constructions, we value the trust our clients place in us and are committed to delivering construction services with transparency, professionalism, and reliability. Our refund policy has been designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved.
1. Consultation & Design Fees
- The initial free consultation provided by our experts is non-chargeable.
- If a client chooses to proceed with paid design services or customized project planning, these charges are non-refundable once the design work has commenced.
2. Booking Amount / Advance Payments
- Clients are required to pay a booking/advance amount to initiate the construction process.
- This booking amount is non-refundable as it covers project planning, resource allocation, and administrative costs.
- However, if the project is canceled within 7 days of booking, and no work has started, clients may request a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.
3. Stage-Wise Payments
- Our payment process follows a stage-wise milestone system to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Once a construction stage has been initiated (e.g., foundation, structure, finishing), the payment for that stage is non-refundable.
- Any advance made for future stages can be refunded if the project is terminated before work for that stage begins.
4. Renovation & Interior Projects
- For renovation and interior design services, refunds are not applicable once material procurement or site work has started.
- In the event of cancellation before procurement or execution, a deduction for administrative and design costs will be applied, and any remaining balance may be refunded.
5. Project Delays & Company Accountability
- Suppose delays occur due to H.I.Z. Constructions & Developers' fault, clients may request rescheduling or compensation as per the project agreement.
- Refunds in such cases will be processed only if the project cannot be continued due to reasons directly attributable to us.
6. Bank Loan / EMI-Linked Projects
- Refunds for projects financed through banking partners are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective bank/financial institution.
- H.I.Z. Constructions & Developers will not be liable for refunds beyond the stage-wise payment terms mentioned above.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days through the original mode of payment.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support team.
